We are looking for an Office Manager / PA to join a growing, successful business based in Leicester, I am really interested in talking to candidates who thrive on bringing order to chaos, can make things run happen and is that go-to person who just gets it done.
This role will support the Managing Director, who currently spins a lot of plates, a very creative person with a mind full with ideas that come to fruition but needs more support with ensuring that the company continues to move forward.
This is not your standard filing and diary management role. We need someone who can keep the wheels turning, anticipate needs before they arise, and create a seamless organisation that lets our MD focus on driving the business forward.

The role in a nutshell is to:

  • Be a trusted support and PA to the Managing Director
  • Overseeing the smooth running of the office, from systems and supplies to making sure everyone has what they need to perform at their best.
  • Spotting inefficiencies and introducing smarter ways of working.
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing documents and ensuring everybody is on track with delivery and prioritisation.
  • Being the first point of contact for the team
  • Juggling the details without losing sight of the business goal.

Experience required:

  • A natural organiser who takes pride in structure and efficiency
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can handle changing priorities with confidence
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal,
  • Previous experience as an Office Manager, PA, or Executive Assistant role
  • A proactive problem solver who can spot what needs to be done before the issue arises
