Coastline Wellness is excited to announce an opening for a Physician Assistant (PA) or Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this role, you will focus on providing comprehensive care to women throughout their life stages. You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating a variety of women’s and men's health issues while promoting health education and wellness. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments and take detailed medical histories of patients Diagnose and manage various hormonal health issues, including menopause and erectile disfunction Educate patients on health maintenance and preventive care Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care Maintain accurate and timely medical records while adhering to regulatory standards Participate in hormone replacement education programs Maintain a clean and sterile work environment Cleaning of supplies used for procedures using autoclave Conducting review and orders of weekly inventory for upcoming procedures Current licensure as a Physician Assistant or Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner Experience in men's and women’s health or relevant clinical practice preferred Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team Commitment to patient-centered care and health education provided through online education training set up by the practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or PA program 5 year commitment Benefits: Health coverage / 401k Hourly Rate: To be established and negotiated, commencing at $40 per hour for the position of first assistant. Shifts: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:45 AM to 4:00 PM. Additional hours on Fridays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, to be determined. Requirements: References from previous employers, copies of educational qualifications, licenses, and records of continuing education trainings completed.
