Manage the Director's diary and commitments, ensuring meetings are well-prepared and outcomes are recorded. Exercise judgement in accepting or declining meeting requests. Handle emails and correspondence, responding on behalf of the Director or redirecting to relevant stakeholders. Coordinate the creation of presentation materials for internal and external conferences. Organise travel arrangements, itineraries, and secure necessary approvals. Submit accurate expense reports in a timely manner. Collaborate with other Personal Assistants to share best practices and maintain consistent support, including cover during absences. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Experienced in supporting senior executives in a professional setting. Skilled in project management and highly organised. Resilient with a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to remain composed under pressure. Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. Confident in influencing and challenging appropriately. Flexible and adaptable to changing work requirements. Relationship builder who breaks down barriers and fosters collaboration.
