SCHEDULE MANAGEMENT:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar and schedule meetings, conferences as well as travel plans
  • Prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, reports and presentations.
  • Arrange business travel, including flights, accommodations and ground transportation.
  • Prepare travel itineraries and ensure the CEO’s travel schedule aligns with their professional commitments.

EDUCATION

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field is preferred.

EXPERIENCE

  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role, ideally supporting senior executives.

SKILLS:

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Flexible and adaptable to the needs of the CEO and the organization.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
