Description:

This role is to provide a high standard of comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Clinical Director’s for Forensic & Specialist Services. Additionally, the post holder will support the Senior Business Manager to the Medical and Dental Management Directorate with day to day routine tasks associated with an administrative role including complex diary management and extensive meeting planning and minute taking.
The post holder must be able to use initiative and plan their own workload in a way that supports the Clinical Director’s and other management colleagues and must be comfortable working with varied professional groups.
Email and diary management
Meeting agenda setting, action tracking and minutes
Maintain spreadsheets
Support with report writing and business cases
Monitoring of mandatory training, supervision and appraisal compliance
Support PA team and Senior Business Manager to Chief medical Officer
