TEMPORARY PA TO COO AND HR DIRECTOR - 3 DAYS PER WEEK

Salary: £16.00 to £1.00 per hour

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Chief Operating Officer and HR Director during a busy period. Based at the stunning offices , this is an excellent opportunity for a skilled PA to work with senior executives in a dynamic environment whilst maintaining an excellent work-life balance with a three-day working week.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience as a PA or Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-suite executives or senior management. You must demonstrate exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Experience with international travel arrangements and understanding of visa requirements across different countries is essential.
You will be available for an immediate start and be happy to temp ongoing for three days per week for up to 6 months

THE ROLE
You will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to two senior executives, managing their complex and demanding schedules with precision and professionalism. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to diary management, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones and ensuring seamless scheduling for both domestic and international commitments. You will arrange comprehensive travel itineraries for international business trips, including flights, accommodation, ground transportation, and visa requirements where necessary.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing sophisticated diary systems and coordinating complex meeting schedules forms the core of this role. You will be responsible for preparing detailed board packs, ensuring all documentation is accurate, professionally presented, and distributed in a timely manner. International travel coordination will require meticulous attention to detail, from booking arrangements to preparing comprehensive travel folders with all necessary documentation.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional communication skills and maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality. Additional responsibilities include managing correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of both executives’ offices.
