PA TO THE MANAGING PARTNER LITTLEHAMPTON £35,000K PRO RATA

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Managing Partner in a busy and varied role. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with excellent administrative and interpersonal skills, who thrives on responsibility and enjoys being at the heart of a busy legal practice.

Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day executive support to the Managing Partner, including diary management, task planning, and handling correspondence and dictation.
  • Organise and minute monthly Partner meetings and annual strategic planning sessions; track follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate Partner and staff appraisal processes, including scheduling, form preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Manage annual renewals for professional and office insurance policies by liaising with brokers and reviewing terms.
  • Assist in the preparation of regulatory applications and licence renewals (e.g. SRA/SQM audits.
  • Liaise with contractors and service providers to manage office maintenance, utilities, and equipment contracts.
  • Support internal compliance by maintaining manuals, preparing audit documentation, and updating policy records.
  • Schedule staff supervision meetings and compile quarterly and annual internal reporting for the Partners.
  • Assist with HR administration including recruitment, onboarding, appraisal coordination, and diversity reporting.
  • Arrange internal training sessions and maintain Learning & Development records across the firm.
  • Support marketing efforts by managing online reviews, coordinating monthly articles, and updating the website in collaboration with our provider.
  • Provide general administrative support and act as a key liaison between the Managing Partner and various internal teams.
