JOB SUMMARY:

The Personal Assistant to the Managing Director (MD) will provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to ensure the MD’s time is optimized and priorities are effectively managed. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior executives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with scheduling/project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, discretion, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
