LEGAL PA – ENERGY & STRATEGIC LAND

Location: Edinburgh, Office-based (flexible working options considered)
Contract: Full-time or Part-time
Our client are involved in some of the UK’s most prominent renewable energy and infrastructure developments. As their Energy & Strategic Land team continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and professional Legal PA to provide high-level support to a team of solicitors, paralegals, and trainees.
This is a fantastic opportunity with a newly created role looking for a proactive, organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating communication, including mail management, call handling, and message taking
  • Supporting client onboarding, including AML checks and engagement letters
  • Attending internal and client calls, recording actions, and following up as required
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation
  • Managing invoicing processes and liaising with the finance team
  • Administering Virtual Data Rooms and supporting document organisation
  • Assisting with business development materials, including presentations and credentials
  • Organising travel, meetings, and team events
  • Ensuring compliance and accurate maintenance of legal documentation
  • Assisting with title deed administration and legal inventories

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience in a PA, legal secretary, or senior admin role in legal or professional services
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with iManage and 3E is desirable
  • A collaborative team player with a professional and proactive approach
