PACE Center Community Liaison Schedule: Day Shift. 40 hours weekly. Monday - Friday About the Position Under the direction of the Associate Director, coordinates and implements marketing efforts of Reid Health PACE Center. The PACE Center Community liaison will support the enrollment development objectives by executing an integrated marketing plan that establishes name recognition of Reid Health PACE Center and its affiliates and brings qualified referrals to increase enrollment on an ongoing basis to support program growth. Coordinates all Reid Health PACE Center marketing efforts including presentations to potential referrals; develops new referral sources and maintains referral tracking system and marketing files; develops annual marketing plans and written marketing materials. Overview of Responsibilities Development and implementation of the strategic marketing plan including associated activities and collateral following State and Federal guidelines to market Reid Health PACE Center. In conjunction with PACE Director and Reid Health’s Marketing & Communications department, develops annual marketing plan and all appropriate marketing materials including newsletters, press releases and advertising for Reid Health PACE Center. Plans, facilitates, and participates in marketing and outreach activities for Reid Health PACE Center. Meets or exceeds census enrollment targets. Meets or exceeds monthly and annual goals for introductory meetings, presentations, special event partnerships, and enrollments. Develops and cultivates new referral sources. Maintains consistent, close contact with existing referral sources. Provides individual and group marketing presentations to potential referral sources. Plans and coordinates open houses/marketing events to enhance exposure for Reid Health PACE Center. Maintains referral tracking system and mailing list as well as marketing files. Creates and maintains a directory of contacts with target demographics or organizations/individuals. Establishes positive working relationships with community health and social service providers. Ensures that all regular referral sources have current information about Reid Health PACE Center and ensures appropriate distribution of collateral materials as needed. Ensures budget compliance for all programming related to job functions. Establishes, maintains, and updates appropriate social media sites for maximum, positive exposure (in collaboration with Reid Health’s Marketing and Communications department). Suggests, plans, and executes events and services that Reid Health PACE Center will use to continually raise the visibility of the program and its core services amongst its target audience. Completes enrollments, when necessary, to assist Enrollment Specialist. Assists in the development and routine review of marketing, intake, and enrollment processes. Attends staff meetings and in-service training as required. Participates in and supports the Quality Improvement initiatives. Participates in continuing education classes and any required staff and training meetings. Complies with CMS PACE regulations as they pertain to this role. Performs other duties as required or requested. Education & Experience Minimum Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree or, in lieu of degree, 5 years of marketing/outreach experience. Minimum Education Preferred: Master’s degree in business or marketing Minimum Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Marketing role for a health care provider, or in an information and referral resource role with the senior networks of identified service area. Minimum Experience Preferred: Experience in a health or human services. Working knowledge of geriatric population. Prior involvement in the start-up of healthcare related business. Licensure & Certification Licensure: As appropriate for degree.
