Description
Turn in empty Kanban cards to designated locations Follow all steps of Standard Work procedures (regarding Kanban, JDE, etc.) Complete General JDE transactions as needed Check-in parts received in JDE throughout the shift Put Danvers Boxes away as required using manual/power jack Perform cycle counts when Kanban cards are turned in Perform daily negative on hand report Complete Supermarket audits every Mon, Wed, Fri. Monitor SQDIP boards for hot items and immediate actions Pull kit parts from supermarket for production as needed Resize Kanban as required to meet inventory turn goals Critical Success Factors: Completes tasks with minimal supervision Continuously 5S focused All around team-player and customer focused (both internally and externally) Displays a high sense of urgency Detail-oriented 1+ years' in similar role or in a manufacturing environment Capable of learning new computer systems such as those used to receive items (i.e. JDE) Ability to read and write English and effectively communicate both verbally and written Ability to lift up to 30 pounds High school diploma or equivalent required LI-CS1
