Pay: $23.25–$24.00 per hour ## Job Description EPIQ Logistics is a respected Amazon Delivery Service Partner focused on safety, teamwork, dependability, and consistent operational success. We are seeking an experienced Amazon DSP Dispatcher who is familiar with Amazon delivery processes, driver coordination, and the day-to-day needs of a fast-moving delivery operation. ## Position Overview The DSP Dispatcher helps keep daily operations organized and efficient by supporting drivers, monitoring routes, and ensuring performance goals are met. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying active in the operation, solving issues as they arise, and communicating clearly with both drivers and leadership. We are looking for a confident, reliable team member who can remain composed in a busy environment, make smart decisions quickly, and help maintain a positive, productive workplace. ## Key Responsibilities Manage daily dispatch activities and support timely, smooth route launches Track driver progress throughout the shift using Cortex Assist drivers in real time with rescues, reassignments, troubleshooting, and route-related concerns Monitor important performance metrics, including DCR, POD, EOC, safety, and on-time dispatch Organize rescue plans and adjust routes when operational needs change Communicate directly with Amazon OTR leadership about daily operations and performance updates Make sure company policies and Amazon standards are followed Support driver coaching, accountability, and ongoing performance improvement ## Requirements Previous Amazon DSP dispatch experience is required Strong understanding of Amazon Flex, Cortex, and delivery performance metrics Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying focused in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Weekend availability and flexibility with scheduling Comfortable using computers, tracking data, and monitoring operational performance ## Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Performance bonuses Paid time off Health benefits, if applicable Opportunities for growth within the company Job Types: Full-time, Part-time ## Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
