Description

We are a dynamic retail company seeking a new member to join our marketing team as Package Designer. Working with our Marketing & Design department and other key stakeholders, you’ll be instrumental in conceptualizing and executing compelling design solutions that resonate with our target audience and elevate our brand.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a graphic designer or senior designer, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment.
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
· Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, with a focus on marketing and branding.
· Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to cross-functional teams.
· Detail-oriented with a keen eye for typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
· Eagerness to learn with a can-do attitude.
· Must be a current resident living and working in England.
· Proficient in English and speaking Chinese is a bonus.

Responsibilities

· Work with our Marketing & Design team to understand project objectives and translate them into visually engaging designs across various platforms including digital, print, and experiential.
· Create and iterate on design concepts for marketing campaigns, product promotions, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
· Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all design touchpoints.
· Collaborate with internal teams to produce assets for both online and offline channels, including website graphics, social media content, email newsletters, signage, and packaging.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design, marketing, and retail to continuously innovate and enhance our visual communication strategies.
· Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
