Job Description Performing basic laboratory testing; preparing media; maintaining equipment; entering data with a basic understanding into theory. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate Demonstrates and promotes the company vision Regular attendance and punctuality Perform basic laboratory techniques/analyses or prepare media, based on job function Enter data into computer system Maintain/calibrate equipment Prepare and wash glassware Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work in the US without immediate or possibility of future sponsorship Attention to detail; able to do repetitive work; read/follow written instructions; organize/prioritize workload; work with others; perform multiple tasks simultaneously; organized and logical thinking (i.e., intuitiveness, deductive reasoning); flexibility; function under medium stress level Additional Preferences: Some college science courses; at least one year experience in bio/pharmaceutical laboratory Additional Information Working schedule will be Full-Time, First Shift, M-F 8am-4pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply. 25% travel may be required. No relocation assistance will be given. This position is NOT remote.
