Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Manage packaged product orders across multiple sites
  • Coordinate transport logistics and communicate with carriers
  • Be the go-to contact for stores and suppliers
  • Keep customer records up to date and respond to inbound queries
  • Support pricing, invoicing, and monthly reporting activities
  • Assist with events, promotions, newsletters, and sales programs
  • Keep things humming with top-notch organisational skills and attention to detail

YOU’LL BE GREAT AT THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

  • Experience in admin, sales support, or coordination
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • A proactive, team-first attitude with a keen eye for detail
  • Microsoft Office know-how (Excel, Word) and CRM experience
  • A current driver’s licence (you may be asked to travel between sites)
