The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. Throughout the day, the engineer collaborates with various teams to align solutions with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across platforms. The position requires continuous monitoring and adjustment of applications using standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver reliable and efficient software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability. - Document configuration changes and maintain clear records of system updates. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application usage and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agentforce. - Experience with configuring and customizing packaged or software as a service applications. - Familiarity with using application programming interfaces and low-code platforms for solution development. - Ability to manage software releases and ensure seamless deployment processes. - Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize application performance. - Good understanding of system compatibility and integration within diverse IT environments.
