Description The eCommerce packager assists the eCommerce Operations Team in their daily order fulfillment, which fulfills direct-to-consumer and drop ship orders through our webstores and affiliate digital platforms. Primary Responsibilities: Assists eCommerce team with order fulfillment. Reviews, prepares and packs up to 80 unique orders per day with accuracy and consistency. Assists with monitoring and maintaining various inventory items. Helps promote an inclusive and safe work environment. Assists with creative problem solving and workflow adjustments as they arise. All other duties as assigned. Requirements Strong communications skills. Ability to work well both independently and in a collaborative setting. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner while meeting quality standards. Be an active participant in cultivating a culture of inclusion for all employees, respect co-workers individual strengths, views and experiences. Customer service experience preferred.
