As an Employer of Choice, ID Logistics invests in you by providing a comprehensive benefits program that offers a valuable, affordable benefit plan package that includes medical, dental, vision, employer paid life insurance, 401(k) with employer match, generous paid time off along with other supplemental benefits.   Under the direction of the Operations Supervisor, a successful Packager prepares product for shipment both manually and via electric powered industrial equipment with lifting devices, such as motorized pallet jack and/or reach truck. Packagers prepare and packages customer product in a safe and efficient manner while following the instruction of the Line Lead and Quality Lead. Will follow corporate and site specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed. In addition, the candidate will observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate.   The Packager’s primary purpose is to perform production work such as packaging materials and verifying items for accuracy before packing. Success in this position is measured by maintaining and/or surpassing the standard OPH (orders per hour) by client and exceeding efficiency goals to satisfy client needs and demands.   Responsibilities: * Package order from the slot * Put the merchandise in the box * Send it to the line (ship) * Replenish products for PTL machine for the next shift * Organize, tidy-up and clean your work area and equipment * Report any errors or dysfunctions to the team leaders * Respect the best practices and training guides in force on the job * Cross train in other areas of the department * Other duties as assigned   Schedule: Monday - Thursday 2:30pm-1:00am Compensation: $17.20 Shift Differential: $0.75   Benefits: * Medical, Dental, Vision * 401K with matching program * STD, LTD * Vacation and sick time Qualifications Requirements * High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of experience and education * Possess strong oral and written communications skills * Must be able to work in a varied, fast-paced environment. * Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs. * Ability to sit/walk/stand for long periods of time. * Follow all standards of PPE in the distribution center: for example, wearing steel toed shoes, safety glasses, safety vest or any other standards provided by site leadership.   Education * High School diploma/GED * Used RF technology
