About the role 10202 Foremost Dr. PO Box 98 Rothschild, WI 54474 Must be able to work 12hr Night Shift 3-2-3 Schedule, Plus Overtime as needed Shift time is 545pm -600 am. $25.48 plus $.65 night shift differential Key Responsibilities Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, this position is responsible to efficiently package the products produced on the various Kerry dryers. Pharma grade lactose is produced. Key responsibilities Responsible for packaging and palletizing the products produced on the Kerry dryers. · Performs scale checks, takes and submits samples to the Lab. per specified frequencies. · Assists Operators and other bagger personnel, preparing bags, room cleaning, dryer cleaning, bag staging and warehousing production. · Responsible for the efficient operation and monitoring of the dryer bagging systems as assigned. · Takes appropriate action whenever the raw material or finished product does not meet Standards highlighted in Sop`s, EPL, and processing logs · Rotates packaging product on the dryer operations with operator and refinery assistant. As designated by our job rotation procedure. · Performs assigned data entry, record keeping and process monitoring functions according to established procedures in an accurate and timely manner. Responsible for all EPL related record and data entry. · Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and skills What you'll need to be successful and safe Ability to read, write and communicate in English at a level to facilitate the understanding of the terminology of the job. Ability to comprehend and follow written and/or verbal procedures or instructions. Have basic math skills. Ability to operate forklift and pallet movers. Ability to lift 50lbs and the ability to kneel, bend over, squat, stoop, and carry. Ability to work in a -40 freezer Ability to work in warm and dusty environment. Ability to work effectively with others Education/and or Experience High School graduate or equivalent required Demonstrate communication, organizational, and the ability to listen Excellent attention to detail, neatness, and follow through with tasks. Compensation Data The pay rate for this position is $25.48 per hour.
