Schedule: Friday - Sunday 7:00am - 7:30pm Compensation: $17.20 Shift Differential: $1.50 Role and Responsibilities Under the direction of the Production Supervisor, the P&P Picker is a key role in packaging product orders . Success in this position is measured by maintaining and/or surpassing the everyday standards of the ID Logistics client. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB * Pick and packs product based on daily orders. * Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner. * Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation. * Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to supervisor. * Following proper Standard Operating Procedures and applicable FDA guidelines. * Attention to detail and able to multitask. * Quality checks all pallets or box orders. * Able to stand for long periods of time. * Other duties or cross trainings as assigned based on the business needs Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Qualifications Requirements: * Ability to lift up-to 50 lbs. * Self-motivated * Ability to multitask. * Flexible schedule a must * Positive approach to assigned tasks. * Team player * Follows written and verbal instructions. * Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. * Must be flexible to work mandatory overtime as the business need arises. * Must be flexible to work on off days as the business need arises.
