Responsibilities
  • Work to agreed safety standards. Complying with company & country safety regulations.
  • Develop, test & Implement packaging for new products and improvements to current packaging in partnership with R&E/Marketing/Procurement. Following timelines to ensure completion of projects on time.
  • Raise accurate Line drawing for primary and secondary packaging
  • Lead Implementation of Local Packaging Improvement and Packaging Cost Saving projects.
  • Participate in multifunction team discussion for equipment & other activity that affects packaging.
  • Participate in initiatives that aim to improve consumer satisfaction & where necessary lead projects to eliminate/reduce pack design sources of consumer dissatisfaction or complaint. Such as user friendliness and quality of print and packaging.
  • Ensure full awareness of Packaging activity and issues by appropriate, accurate and timely communication to all parts of the business.
