REQUIRED SKILLS

• Please note this is a mainly packaging and labelling role with minimal baking.
• No commercial baking experience required
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Follow and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
• Must have good maths skills

• Cleaning and sanitising food preparation areas in accordance with hygiene standards.
• Operating a variety of kitchen appliances and utensils including knives, mixers and ovens.
• Assisting with managing inventory, unloading supplies and organising the stock area.
• Measuring and weighting wet and dry ingredients.
• Following basic instructions and recipes.
• Packaging and labelling products for shipping.
• Packaging and labelling products for our wholesale and retail customers.
• Tasting new and exciting baked goods.
• Preparing and completing orders for delivery according to the plan.
• Ensuring Health & Safety guidelines/procedures are being adhered to at all times.
• Ensure all products are packed efficiently and labelled correctly.
