If you’re motivated by meaningful work, collaboration, and the opportunity to help shape the future of healthcare, you’ll find a place to belong at NMT.   What You Will Do   Nissha Medical Technologies is looking for a Supply Chain Planning Analyst to join our Global Supply Chain team.  The Packer is responsible for the accurate and efficient packing of medical products in accordance with approved procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. This role ensures products are properly packaged, labelled, and prepared for shipment while maintaining compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Pack medical products according to work instructions and packaging specifications. * Perform visual inspections to ensure product and packaging quality prior to shipment. * Apply labels and packaging materials accurately to maintain product identification and traceability. * Operate basic packaging equipment and tools as required. * Complete required production and packaging documentation accurately and legibly. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area in compliance with GMP and safety standards. * Identify and report damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming products or materials. * Follow all company policies, quality procedures, and safety requirements. * Support production goals and work effectively as part of a team.   What You Bring   Core Requirements * Prior experience in medical manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse environments is an asset. * Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. * Strong attention to detail and quality awareness. * Basic math and documentation skills. * Ability to work independently and in a team environment. * Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks * Basic computer skills, preferably including experience with labeling or production software. * Good manual dexterity and hand eye coordination and ability to perform repetitive tasks.   Professional Traits We Value * Demonstrates excellent communication skills, team player, results oriented in a demanding environment. * Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail * Ability to react quickly to changes   Compensation & Benefits   The expected salary for this position is £25,650 annually.  In addition, Nissha Medical Technologies offers a competitive total rewards package including BUPA, Life Assurance, Aviva Pension 4% Employer Contribution, paid time off (25 Days & Bank Holidays), and professional development opportunities.   Equal Opportunity Statement   Nissha Medical Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
