Location: 672 Breezy Point Road La Crosse, WI 54603 Starting Wage: $18.00/hour + $3.00/hour shift differential  Weekend Premium: $4.00/hour  Shift: Rotating days: 6:00pm – 6:00am Work Schedule: Rotating 12-Hour Shifts including every other weekend: * Week One: Three Days – 36 Hours * Week Two: Four Day - 48 Hours Typical Day in the Role:  The Label Line Associate is responsible for tasks that include: * Operating equipment to prepare printed labels for shipment to customers * Inspecting and packaging printed product based on customer specifications * Assisting Machine Operator with production line performance to ensure efficient and safe operations * Cross-training in other roles across the production environment * Problem solving issues that arise * Effectively working as a team member to meet production and company goals Qualifications: * High school diploma or general education degree required * Highly motivated with a positive attitude  * Willingness to utilize and learn new technology Benefits: * Shift Differential  * Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays * Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance  * 401K Employer Match and Profit-Sharing Plan  * Paid Uniforms, PPE, and Footwear * Compensation Reviews Every 6 Months
