This role is highly detail-oriented and execution-driven, emphasizing technical documentation, factory coordination, sample tracking, and license compliance -- rather than creative concept design.  The position works cross-functionally with internal Design teams, and overseas suppliers for accurate and efficient development, and in accordance with approved brand standards, timelines, and production requirements. The role will have assigned brand ownership, with a primary focus o Skechers. Essential Functions (Including but not limited to): * Create and maintain packaging worksheets / tech packs for new styles. * Update worksheets as changes occur throughout development. * Create packaging production links per PO to support order execution. * Review product catalogs to identify corresponding packaging. * Confirm and update packaging details including callouts, descriptions, features, and construction notes. * Ensure packaging details align with approved standards and current programs. * Facilitate packaging development with overseas factories via email communication. * Distribute worksheets for layout development. * Review layouts and provide consolidated comments for approval. * Review sample color and quality against approved standards. * Organize feedback, approvals, and revisions clearly and consistently. * File and maintain physical samples for record-keeping and reference. * Create basic mock-ups for internal design reviews, sales meetings, and presentations. * Support Senior Designers with day-to-day packaging requests and development needs. Skechers Brand & License Compliance: * Support Stage 1 (digital) and Stage 2 (physical) packaging submissions for license approval * Maintain up-to-date submission binders including submits, comments, and approvals for current and prior seasons * Maintain approved packaging standards and review new samples to ensure compliance Qualifications/Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in design or related area and 3+ years of relevant experience in the apparel design industries. * At least 2 years of experience in MAC OS, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop  * Experience in Graphic, Packaging, and Apparel Packaging Design * Experience in Trim Design, Product Development, and Brand Packaging  * Proficient computer skills to include Adobe Suite programs and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word). * Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks and workload efficiently and seamlessly and follow-up.  * Excellent written and verbal skills as required for effective interpersonal and cross functional communication.  * Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team under critical time frames.  * Self-driven and experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to apply good work habits to effectively complete assigned tasks and contribute to the smooth operation of the company/department.
