As part of our commitment to continuous innovation, we are seeking a talented Packaging Engineer to enhance our development capabilities and support strategic new projects.

· Monitor and analyze cosmetic packaging trends across multiple categories, with a particular focus on innovative solutions and the Asian market.
· Identify and evaluate new suppliers and materials, supporting the integration of sustainable, functional, and visually appealing packaging alternatives.
· Collaborate with Marketing and Purchasing to select and qualify new partners, and contribute to supplier performance improvement initiatives.
· Work with R&D to assess the technical compatibility of packaging with formulas (stability, migration, sealing) and validate components from both technical and regulatory perspectives.
· Define and align quality standards per market segment in cooperation with the Quality team.
· Partner with the Industrialization team to test industrial feasibility, including filling line compatibility, ergonomics, mechanical resistance, and overall production performance.
· Lead technical improvements on packaging components, especially on critical elements such as applicators.
· Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards (REACH, ISO, local legislation).
· Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams — Packaging Development, Marketing, R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Purchasing, and Supply Chain — to translate client briefs into effective packaging solutions.
· Oversee packaging development from concept to industrial validation, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and production capabilities.
· Support internal audits and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of packaging development processes and controls.
