We’re looking for a Manufacturing/Packaging Engineer who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make an impact. If you’re comfortable on the production floor and enjoy working across teams to improve packaging processes, reduce costs, and support new product launches—this role could be a great fit.
In this role, you’ll take the lead on everything from selecting and testing packaging materials to driving lean manufacturing projects. You’ll help improve quality, cut costs, and support compliance initiatives, all while keeping timelines on track and production running smoothly.

· Support packaging initiatives for new product development and process optimization
· Research, develop, and validate packaging materials, shipping containers, and tooling
· Lead improvement projects targeting quality and cost across operations
· Build and manage Gantt charts to coordinate cross-functional project timelines
· Contribute to lean manufacturing efforts and support equipment qualifications
