The key focus of this role will be to:

• Identify opportunities to unlock value and reduce costs through technical innovation
• Provide technical expertise, support and training to teams across Australia
• Support the sales team with technical insights during customer tender process
• Keep up to date with industry trends and opportunities to enhance Opal products, knowledge and industry innovations and development

For this role we would ideally like you to have:

• Ideally a degree in engineering or similar, or relevant technical expertise in the packaging industry
• Previous experience within packaging, could be as a packaging engineer, designer or technician
• The ability and desire to meet with customers to discuss technical and design solutions
• Plenty of energy and enthusiasm, curiosity and appetite for learnin
