Job Description Packaging Development:Responsible for packaging development including PRM1 NPD, AA regional promotion and Hangzhou/Pujiang plant request, from idea to launch, cover end to end packaging development; Collaboration • Closely collaborate with product solution team to meet on-time needs; collaborate with assembly line, logistic and purchasing to ensure developed packaging meet with plant needs; collaborate with quality, segment, sustainability etc. • Partner with external vendors to optimize designs. • Recommend better way of working to drive delivery quality and efficiency with collaborative and can-do spirit. ▪ Innovation • Explore sustainable and innovative packaging concepts and designs that are relevant to the business needs. Utilize 2D and 3D CAD to design packaging and detail all parts and assemblies. • Escalate business, technical trouble and critical decisionmaking requirement in time manner. • Work with team to deliver CIP (Cost Improvement Project), CR (Packaging Change request), compliance projects when business needs. Price Index Analysis - Track and analyze price index in Africa and Middle East. Competition & User Insights - Lead online user research and deliver user insights reports for benchmark products. Assist in competitor mapping and market/product trend research. Competitor research for new product ideas General Support - Support data analysis tasks and ad-hoc projects as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor degree of Packaging Engineering, material mechanical engineering or equivalent. Min. 1-2 years working experience in packaging industry. Working knowledge of ArtiosCAD or AutoCAD, Cape and packaging Failure analysis techniques required. Experience with Creo is a plus. ​Strong understanding of print production processes, packaging materials, and regulatory compliance. Proven experience managing external design and artwork agencies.​ Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and patient work ethic. Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Prior marketing or business analytics experience preferred.
