We’re looking for a highly dependable, detail-obsessed Packaging Assistant to join our growing team.

REQUIRED SKILLS & TRAITS

• Excellent attention to detail — you notice small things others miss
• Physically able to handle parcels up to 150 lbs (with help or using equipment)
• Comfortable using or learning to use wheel buggies and pallet jacks
• Forklift assistance is available for skids and oversized items
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Able to work independently and stay focused
• Quick learner who follows instructions to the letter
• Positive attitude and team player mentality
• Reliable and punctual
• Basic computer literacy (printing labels, reading digital orders)

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is a hands-on position that plays a key role in getting orders to customers on time, damage-free, and professionally presented. You’ll be responsible for carefully packing various van accessories and hardware components, printing labels, preparing shipments for pickup, and supporting the warehouse and shipping team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurately pack items for individual and bulk orders using correct materials and methods
• Follow product-specific packaging procedures (training provided)
• Inspect items before packing to catch any issues early
• Print shipping labels, match them with orders, and prepare outgoing parcels
• Wrap and protect items using foam, cardboard, shrink wrap, etc.
• Help load packages into delivery trucks
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Assist with inventory-related tasks as needed
