Overview Allweather Wood, LLC. (AWW) is looking for Packaging Laborers to join our full-line manufacturing and distribution facility in Medford / White City, OR. This is for Swing Shift (Monday - Thursday, 3:00pm - 2:00AM)!! Operating six wood preserving plants in California, Colorado, Oregon, Utah, and Washington, these state-of-the-art facilities enable year-round production of a variety of preservative systems, fire retardants and wood species, including Douglas-fir, Hem fir, and Southern Yellow Pine. With support from two full-service distribution centers in California, Allweather Wood partners with home improvement retailers, lumberyards, and building material dealers to bring a full range of preservative and fire-retardant lumber and plywood products to market. Responsibilities The Packaging Laborer will assist in various duties throughout the warehouse. Lumber piece pulls Banding Lumber track use Forklift Cleanup Barcoding Relief machine operator Lumber Wrapline Lumber treater helper Inventory/cycle counts Work in various departments as needed. Willingness to work weekends and off shift dependent on market conditions Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Minimum six month related experience preferred Ability to train to obtain forklift certification. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and understand instructions and memos. Ability to write simple sentences. Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal, or diagram form. Responsibilities

The Packaging Laborer will assist in various duties throughout the warehouse, including lumber piece pulls, banding, and inventory counts. The role requires flexibility to work in different departments as needed.
