• Experience as an operator in an AGF environment, preferably with experience in using a net clipper or flowpack machine.
• Good command of the Dutch or English language.
• Leadership qualities.
• Full-time availability, seeking a permanent position.
• Own transportation is essential.
• Residing in the Rotterdam, Den Haag, Zoetermeer, Bleiswijk area.

• Set up and adjust the net clipper or flowpack machines (performing light technical tasks).
• Supervise production workers.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the production line.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Perform additional production tasks and maintain line cleanliness
