Packaging Operative (Temporary)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Packaging Operative - 1pm - 10pm Shift
Avoca are currently recruiting for Packaging Operatives on a Full-time temporary basis. This role is based in our Avoca Central Bakery & Kitchen, Bray, Co Wicklow.

Responsibilities :

• To package food for the section or product to which you are assigned, meeting the standards agreed
• To plan your time effectively in order to carry out your responsibilities in the most efficient manner
• To maintain a positive working relationship with all members of the CBK Team
• To maintain a high level of personal and operative hygiene at all times, embracing a ‘Clean As You Go’ policy
• To ensure that all food service areas are maintained to an acceptable level of cleanliness and
• hygiene, adhering to the cleaning schedules on a daily basis
• Adhere to all Food Hygiene and HACCP Regulations
• To constantly display a high level of attention to detail

Requirements :

Have a friendly & outgoing personality

• Be enthusiastic & flexible
• Have good communication skills
• Have strong attention to detail
• Be legally eligible to work in Ireland
• Have the ability to handle busy situations and manage your workload effectively
