The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining industrial presses during the third shift, ensuring high-quality production and adherence to safety standards. Set up, operate, and monitor industrial presses to produce/ package high-quality parts and components Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production schedules Perform regular quality checks on produced items to ensure they meet specifications Conduct basic maintenance and troubleshooting on press equipment Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Report any equipment malfunctions or production/ packaging issues to supervisors promptly Maintain accurate records of production output and material usage Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience as a press operator preferred Proficiency in operating industrial presses and related equipment Basic mechanical skills and ability to perform routine maintenance Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and production schedules Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Excellent time management and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Willingness to work second shift hours Knowledge of manufacturing processes and safety procedures Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
