Job Title: Brewery Packaging and Operations Assistant
Position Summary: The Brewery Packaging and Operations Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to packaging, cleaning, organizing, and inventory management at our brewery and warehouse. The successful candidate will work alongside our team to ensure that our products are packaged efficiently, our facility is clean and organized, and our inventory is managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate canning machine and ensure that all cans are filled, labeled, and packaged correctly
• Clean and sanitize kegs and prepare them for use
• Clean and maintain brewery and warehouse floors and equipment
• Organize and manage inventory in the cold storage cooler, including cans and labels
• Assist with other brewery operations tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good driving record
• Must be at least 25 years old
• Previous experience working in a brewery or related environment preferred
• Familiarity with packaging equipment, such as canning machines (Wild Goose), preferred
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Physical Requirements: The Brewery Packaging and Operations Assistant must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.), stand for long periods of time, and perform repetitive tasks. The role may require working in a cold and wet environment.
Hours: This is a part-time position with hours ranging from 10-25 hours per week. The hours may vary and could include weekends and evenings.
