An amazing number, but we’re always looking for new ways to continue making a difference, and new people to make a difference with.How you’ll spend your day Creates stable Bulk production / packaging schedule for dedicated machines according to fixed timelines and schedule horizon of 4 weeks Responsible for “Ready to Execute” KPI Ensures optimal line utilization and minimal set-up effort Main contact for production in any planning related topics Ensures strong communication and cooperation with production. Follows up with production on Plan Adherence on weekly basis and identifies expected delays on orders and "domino effect" for following production Comments on deviations in Actuals vs. Schedule (bigger than 5%). Baseline list is provided by planning Provides scheduling outcome to production Supports projects like capacity constraint planning and serialization Supports LBE creation and evaluation Creates and updates capacity recipes, new resources (by new machines), new tooling Regularly updates shift settings in arrangement with head of production Overview of shifts and capacity in his time horizon Supports regular processes and projects like AOP process, BOM, Costing Managment of bulk expiry and bulk holding time Avoids out of stocks and ensures delivery dates of customer orders Ensures compliance deadline with packaging material changes Where deviations occur, ensures that they are fully documented and investigated, reported to Quality Assurance in a timely manner, as well as suggests preventive actions for future and ensures execution of such actions assigned Ensures that all work carried out is in compliance with the required standards conforming to company – e.g. cGMP, SOP, Health and Safety and Environmental requirements Proposes and implements continuous improvements Your experience and qualifications University degree in Business Administration/Economics or similar Professional experience in Planning department Experience in working with strict deadlines with high attention to details Excellent communication skills in an international environment Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP and BI Customer orientation Strong multi-tasking capabilities; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently Strong oral and written communication skills in English  How We’ll Take Care of You At Teva, better health starts from within, and that includes you.
