In this dual role, you’ll be at the forefront of solving complex challenges, continuously enhancing both packaging and process technology solutions, and supporting seamless deployment. What you’ll do: Resolve packaging and process issues impacting quality, cost, and manufacturing efficiency. Adapt pack process conditions and process conditions as required to ensure that all packs and products run efficiently and meet required semi-finished and finished product specifications. Collaborate with Packaging Engineers and the Product Teams to help deploy new packaging within defined process capabilities. Ensure packaging SRCs meet product specifications and standards, recommending improvements where needed. Apply CI/Lean tools (e.g. Six Sigma, FMEA) to optimise packaging processes, reduce waste and costs, and meet quality targets. Partner with key stakeholders on packaging/process changes and develop troubleshooting guides to support smooth implementation. Your unique ingredients: Food Science, Process Engineering, Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or equivalent bachelor’s degree preferred. 2 + years working experience in a Food Manufacturing environment working in Quality, Food Safety, Engineering, Packaging/Process or Product Development. Continuance Improvement mindset. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
