Within the Supply Chain team at XXXX we are empowered to make an impact through delivering best in class manufacturing solutions. As part of this, we are looking for a Packaging Quality & Materials Officer (internal title is Packaging Quality & Materials Analyst) to join our team at Milton on a permanent, full-time basis. This role will report into the Packaging Quality Leader and is part of a small but critical team, governing quality standards and processes across the Packaging department, making sure every drop of our product meets the high standards our consumers expect. What You’ll Do: Support site performance achievement by driving a quality and safety culture through coaching and building capability in production team members. Support and manage inventory control process to ensure materials availability to packaging teams Prepare and deliver detailed quality reports, trends, and risk analyses to inform decision-making. Partner with different internal and external stakeholders to support packaging operations. Coordinate contractor compliance and contributing to supplier performance reviews. Assist production teams by being a key part of New Product Development, along with changes to packaging and brewing specifications. Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. What You’ll Bring: Packaging experience in the food or beverage industry, with a strong understanding of food industry standards GMP/ HACCP and inventory control processes. A degree in Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Food Technology, Supply Chain or a related field. SAP experience highly regarded Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and coach and collaborate across teams Great problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
