Description We keep on growing so we are currently looking to hire a new member for our packaging department. This role will be working closely with our canning and bottling line. What are you waiting for? Get started in your career in the beer industry. This job is currently 4 days a week with 10 hour shifts. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & DUTIES: · Packaging operations such as bottling, canning, kegging, dock work and sanitation. · Lifting 55lbs repeatedly throughout the day and up to 75 lbs occasionally. Executing team lift on heavier items as needed. Maneuvering kegs weighing 165 lbs either solo or with a team member. · Standing for long periods of time, ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and or ramps using feet and legs and/or hands and arms, and moving self into different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments, including tight and confined spaces. · Maintaining forklift certification. · Performing safe operation of material handling equipment for the purpose of receiving, sorting, counting, storing, staging, picking, locating, relocating, and delivering materials with accuracy. · Working in extreme cold and heat conditions with moderate to high noise levels. · Working on and around potentially dangerous equipment/machinery. · Having the availability to workdays, evenings and weekends on rotating shifts. · Assisting in other areas when possible/needed.
