Job Summary: As a Packaging Technician at microSource, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow within a liquid filling and packaging environment. Your work will include filling, Labeling, and packaging bottles, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and conducting quality checks. You will also take the lead in changeovers of automated packaging lines, helping us maintain efficiency and quality. This is an on-site position, primarily Monday through Friday, during typical business hours. Location: 7632 Country Road 101, Shakopee, MN 55379 Key Responsibilities: Maintain strong attention to detail, prioritizing safety and reporting any unsafe conditions or incidents. Start up, shut down, and efficiently operate equipment while competing necessary documentation. Unpack, repack, and perform other tasks to prepare products for shipment. Proactively report any issues to minimize production delays. Ensure product quality meets specifications. Keep equipment and work area clean and organized. Perform other duties as assigned. Lead packaging team to complete orders. Assist with selection and onboarding new team members. Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures, including the mandatory use of company-supplied personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, safety glasses, and steel-toe or sturdy leather boots. Qualifications/Special Demands/Skills: High school diploma or GED. Ability to physically perform the required operations in a safe and effective manner.
