Job Summary
We are seeking a Packaging Technician to support the packaging, labeling, and quality assurance of cannabis products. This role is hands-on and detail-oriented, ensuring our products are prepared to the highest standard for market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform packaging and labeling of cannabis products (flower & pre-rolls) with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure all products meet quality control standards before distribution.
  • Maintain a clean, sterile, and compliant production environment.
  • Follow facility SOPs to comply with Health Canada’s Cannabis Act.
  • Track and report production output and packaging issues to management.
  • Handle packaging tools, equipment, and materials with care and responsibility.
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment and independently when required.
  • Support other production activities as assigned.

Qualifications

  • A great attitude and respect for the plant.
  • Attention to detail and pride in delivering consistent, premium-quality work.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Health Canada Security Clearance preferred but not required.
  • Open to shift work, including evenings and weekends.
