Position Overview: Full-time Monday – Friday
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented team member to join our production and warehouse operations. This role involves general labour, packaging, and assisting with product production, maintenance, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have experience handling materials, using shop equipment and tools, and working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive team attitude are essential for success in this role.
Hours of Work: Day shift 8:00am – 4:00pm

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Working experience in Packaging role and/or forklift license considered an asset
• Strong attention to detail, work ethic and positive team attitude.
• Work independently with self-direction while contributing as a valuable team member toward company goals.
• Good mathematical skills; knowledge of metric and imperial measurements and strong math skills; ability to weigh and measure items.
• Able to communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Working knowledge of safe lifting methods; ability to perform repetitive lifting; occasional heavy lifting is required.
• Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently.
• Computer literacy, including working skills of Excel, e-mail and ability to learn company inventory systems.
• Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.

• Build boxes according to precise specifications to ensure durability and compliance with product standards
• Package items into boxes following detailed instructions and specifications of each order; handle unboxing, prepping, and packaging of products.
• Work with aluminum and other materials in accordance with safety and quality standards
• Lift and move boxes weighing up to 50lbs as part of daily responsibilities
• Assemble pallets of packaged items and securely wrap them to prepare for safe and accurate shipment
