Our amazing culture is recognized globally. Pay: $15.00/hour Schedule Available: 6a-2p Monday - Friday with occasional and Saturdays for seasonal increases. Line: Flavor Room 3 As a Packer you will be responsible to: Keep up with rate and pack product into boxes Visually inspect the product for any defects Carefully monitor the consistency and weight of the butter to make sure it is within range Properly assemble boxes and place appropriate bags Properly enter information to create labels and print them Hourly metal detector checks Gather butter samples for QA testing Work at a fast pace and multi-task Properly create skid pattern and stack boxes based on product specification Properly use a tape-gun to close boxes or properly use a tape machine Visualize and verify the correct date, lot code, and label is reflecting on the product being run Ability to enter downtime or any line/product issues into RedZone using a tablet Transport finished product to the freezer and wrap finished skids Maintain a clean area throughout the shift and after the run is complete help the team clean up the area Additional tasks as requested We Offer: Great room for growth & advancement A culture that celebrates innovation, continuous improvement, personal development, and diversity Access to The Source - a resource to help navigate challenges happening at home.
