Job Details Job Location: Liquid and Topicals Division MD - Easton, MD 21601 Salary Range: $16.00 - $17.00 Hourly Job Tasks 1.1 Must be able to pack products according to specifications. 1.2 Inspect product according to specifications. 1.3 Count and place correct amounts in primary and master cartons. 1.4 Maintain a clean and safe environment which may include sweeping, removing trash and scrubbing work areas when necessary. 1.5 Assist in line clearance activities. 1.6 Perform tasks as outlined in documented procedures and instructions. 1.7 Work the schedule for the shift to which you are assigned which will be discussed at time of interview. Both shift and workstation schedules are subject to change. Normal work week ranges from to 40 hours per week, usually over 4 days. Shifts include 1st, and 2nd. 1.8 Work overtime as needed to maintain job schedules. Note: Overtime may be mandatory to maintain required production schedules. 1.9 Pack on various product lines based on business necessity. 1.10 Must be able to use required quality and testing equipment, (such as scales). 1.11 Report problems that prevent set standards and outputs of work stations to the supervisor in charge of particular line. 1.12 Perform end of job returns and record as required. 1.13 Train new employees on work stations per documented instructions. 1.14 Move/stack raw materials and finished products. Qualifications Job Skills 2.1 Skilled in reading, writing and counting. 2.2 Willingness to be trained to work on FDA regulated product lines. 2.3 Ability to work with other employees. 2.4 Ability to be open-minded to all views and decisions. 2.5 Attendance must be at an acceptable level.
Responsibilities
The Packer is responsible for packing products according to specifications and inspecting them for quality. Additional tasks include maintaining a clean work environment and assisting in training new employees.
