Description Market Leader in Aluminum Extrusion is seeking a dependable person to work in our Packing department. Able to stand all day, lift 40 plus pounds and work in non-air conditioned environment. Must have good math and measuring skills. Valid driver's license is required to operate forklift. Weekends are required. - Prepares and packs customer orders for shipment. - Inspects metal and counts pieces. - Packs metal according to printed customer specifications. - Ensures correct count of pieces is displayed on packed bundles. - Works in 2-person teams to handle heavy packing jobs. - Maintains clean and orderly workplace. - Observes safety rules and practices; reports any unsafe acts or conditions to supervisor. Performance is measured against established productivity goals.
