Description

We are seeking a hands-on Packer & Customer Service Manager to lead our warehouse operations while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This role combines practical, day-to-day warehouse duties with the leadership and organisation skills needed to keep packing speed, stock accuracy, and service levels at their best.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and physical ability to handle packing tasks.
  • Basic numeracy skills for counting and sorting items.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic IT skills, including email and order management systems.
  • Ability to follow instructions and lead a small team effectively.

  • Manage and oversee the packing process to ensure efficiency, speed, and accuracy.
  • Pack items into designated containers according to company standards and customer requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of packed items; inspect and remove defective products or materials.
  • Label packages clearly and correctly for dispatch.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
  • Monitor and order stock to ensure sufficient inventory levels.
  • Follow all company safety guidelines and warehouse procedures.
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone and email, providing friendly and professional assistance.
  • Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and returns.
  • Use our website software and email systems to manage customer communications and order processing.
