Shift: 3rd Shift Pay Range: $17 ($2 differential for 3rd shift) What You’ll Do * Prepare boxes of different sizes for the day’s workload. * Inspect products for quality, checking for color or alignment issues. * Count and confirm that each order has the correct quantity. * Seal boxes properly and move them to the shipping area. * Keep work areas safe, organized, and in good working order. * Work overtime as needed based on production demand. * Be a team player, rotating across stations, supporting coworkers, and learning new skills. What We’re Looking For * High school diploma or equivalent. * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. * Basic computer knowledge and ability to use small hand tools. * Good communication skills (English reading/writing/speaking). * Reliable, safety-minded, and eager to grow with us. * Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and perform physical job duties.
