Due to increased volumes, we are looking for Temporary Packing Operatives to join our team on an initial 3-month Fixed Term Contract. Whether you’re looking for summer work or a fresh start, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Assessment days will be hosted by our fantastic Production Managers, and we have immediate start dates available (subject to right to work checks).

WHAT DO OUR PACKING OPERATIVES DO?

If you are someone who takes pride in precision and presentation, this role is for you! As a Packing Operative you will play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards for our customers. We are looking for people with a sharp eye for detail, a passion for excellence and a genuine care for how products look and feel when they reach the end user.

EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES

  • Experience in a busy, fast-paced factor is a plus - but not essential. Full training will be provided.
  • A reliable team player who enjoys working with others.
  • Able to follow written procedures and verbal instructions confidently.
  • Strong communication skills, with good spoken and written English.
  • A positive, can-do attitude with a flexible approach to work.
  • Awareness of health, safety and environmental practices, and the ability to spot potential issues.
  • A shar eye for detail to help maintain high standards.
Responsibilities
  • Operate filling and packaging machinery safely and efficiently, following company guidelines with close supervision.
  • Show flexibility by being willing and able to switch between different tasks and production lines as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues across all departments to support smooth operations.
  • Check products carefully and report any defects to your Team Leader.
  • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness - keep your work area clean and tidy, cleaning up spills and ensuring all equipment stays contamination free.
