Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Picker/Packer to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves accurately picking and packing caviar tins for dispatch while ensuring all orders are correctly labelled and shipped on time. You will also be responsible for liaising with couriers and managing dispatch logistics.

Working Hours:

  • Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 9:30 - 12:30 (later finishes when needed)
  • Saturday: 9:30 - 11:00

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accumulate and prioritise work orders using our custom software.
  • Accurately pick tins from our refrigerated storage according to order specifications.
  • Label tins with the appropriate branded stickers.
  • Pack items securely following company procedures to maintain the correct temperature during dispatch.
  • Organise and liaise with couriers to ensure all orders are dispatched efficiently and within the correct time frame.
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
  • Ensure all orders are processed promptly to meet shipping deadlines.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Warehouse experience required, with a proven track record of using specialised software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of working independently without supervision and solving problems effectively.
  • Basic numeracy skills for inventory counts.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.50-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 16 per week

  • London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

  • A-Level or equivalent (required)
