About the role: We’re searching for organised and committed Packing Assistants to come and join HeliosX in Leamington Spa! This is an essential role for our pharmacy; our Packing Assistants are responsible for the final packaging of our MedExpress and Dermatica products. Once packaged, our Packing Assistants are in charge of scanning out all items and preparing them for pickup. This team is a critical part of our operation, as they are principally responsible for ensuring the delivery of our patients’ medications and products in a timely, efficient manner. Come and join the team if you’re detail-oriented and passionate about delighting customers! The role operates in a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (9am-9pm OR 9pm-9am) based in our Leamington Spa hub. What you'll be doing: Accurately packing MedExpress and Dermatica orders for dispatch. Scanning and processing outgoing orders, ensuring their ready for collection on time. Maintaining the organisation of the storage and scan out station, ensuring they're well organised and tidy at all times. Ensuring waste is removed and boxes are broken down daily to maintain a clean workspace. Assisting with occasional drop-offs at the Post Office or Fedex if required. Monitoring and restocking shipping inventory including bags and bins. Recoding and loggings when incoming deiveries and outgoing pick ups arrive Unloading, unpacking and organising pharmacy supplies What you'll bring to the role: Strong planning and organisation skills to manage tasks effectively. Ability to work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality. Clear and confident communication skills. Responsibilities

Packing MedExpress and Dermatica orders for dispatch and ensuring timely processing of outgoing orders. Maintaining organization of the workspace and assisting with inventory management.
